Twisted Donuts & Coffee debuted in San Francisco's Sunset District on August 26, 2014, founded by Joyce and Paul Lim. Paul grew up in the donut business, so donut know-how runs in his blood. The family-run shop nails classic donuts during the week — from maple bacon and old fashioneds to chocolate bars and pillowy cinnamon twists — but their creative weekend specials are what keep customers coming back. Think Bavarian crème brûlée, PB&J, and mochi donuts with colorful glazes. One of the few spots offering vegan options, including a sweet guava glazed donut. They also serve coffee drinks and frappes.
