Gourdough's started as an Austin food trailer in 2009 and quickly became one of the city's most beloved culinary landmarks with their massive, over-the-top donut creations. Featured on Food Network's Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives and Travel Channel's Man vs. Food, Gourdough's takes the concept of a donut and transforms it into a full meal. Each donut is a made-to-order masterpiece loaded with creative toppings from pulled pork to brownie batter. The original South 1st Street trailer stays open until midnight, making it a go-to late-night Austin destination.
