Grandma B's Mini-Treats in Redmond fills a unique niche in Central Oregon's donut scene with mini-sized nostalgia treats. Owner and baker Emily Brattan uses her own recipes to recreate pastries she loved as a child, including powdered mini-donuts, whoopie pies, and homemade Pop-Tarts.
