Founded by Shelbi Bloc in 2018, the bakery has expanded to Lake Oswego, Oregon and Scottsdale, Arizona, and their pastries are also carried in Black Rock Coffee shops throughout Oregon. Flavors like lavender almond and cherry chip demonstrate the artisan approach. These cronuts have transcended breakfast and become popular for weddings and events.
