Their iconic blue-corn blueberry lavender doughnuts are now sold in Whole Foods stores across seven states, making them arguably the most commercially successful artisan donut in the Southwest. Every ingredient is GMO-free with only natural food colorings, and local ingredients like Heart of the Desert pistachios and Del Valle pecans keep the supply chain distinctly New Mexican. Owner Jeff Keenan's goal: make blue-corn doughnuts ubiquitous in the Southwest.
