Parlor Doughnuts made its Mississippi debut in Ocean Springs in October 2025, and it immediately became one of the most talked-about openings on the Gulf Coast. Their signature Layered Doughnuts — a croissant-meets-donut creation with flaky, buttery layers — are unlike anything else in the state. The Indiana-based chain has exploded nationally, and franchise owner Burress secured the territory for all three Coast counties. The Bienville Boulevard location features a drive-thru for convenience, but the interior is worth visiting for the full experience.
