Parlor Doughnuts is a rapidly expanding chain that originated in Evansville, Indiana in February 2019, founded by Darrick Hayden and his son Noah alongside Josh Tudela. Their signature Famous Layered Doughnuts™ feature a unique laminated dough that creates a croissant-like, flaky texture — a completely different experience from traditional donuts. They also stand out by offering keto-friendly and gluten-free doughnut options alongside acai bowls and specialty coffee. Named to Restaurant Business's Future 50 list in 2024, Parlor now has locations across the country with two in the Indianapolis area.
